4 weeks out on my sprained wrist and I can almost do a push up without pain. A simple fractured wrist would have felt fine at least a week ago tendons are slow, bones are faster

I tore three ligaments in my right wrist and it’s been awful healing up I had a cortisone injection and still painful one thing I may suggest is one of those gyroscope things that help strengthen it and a soft ball to squeeze, the rehab is so important

How long has it been? I don’t understand why doctors still give out cortisone shots, they actually prevent the thing they claim to assist with. Once supposedly isn’t an issue, but repeatedly they impact collagen synthesis and other important healing functions

Yep, repeated shots in a joint causes it to degenerate over time, but all my aches and pains went away anywhere else in my body, it was nice for a short period of time but depressing when it wore off, the injury has been almost 2 yrs and just rehabbing it helped more than any other intervention
