Tbh it's a mess, another president, another respectively 'abandoned' mega project. Clean water is still an issue, current investors are the big moguls of indo, it's a public secret that they are forced to invest by the president, as always. 

No foreign investors want in, not even Singapore. Colleagues of my Singaporean friend was dispatched to Nusantara, obviously came back shaking his head.
