Acting on notifications feels noisy and therefore burdensome, doomscrolling has limits, engagement/token farming are the big three

So there's a phrase to what I've been doing and feeling lately, 'acting on notifications', I've been switching back and forth with recaster because some reply casts don't appear on wc notification, but does on recaster.
Farming casts kill me 😵
