Highly recommend taking a caffeine fast (7+ days off caffeine) every once in a while It will re-regulate your adenosine systems. Adenosine is under-discussed, but it’s basically the relaxation neurotransmitter Caffeine withdrawals are a bitch, but it’s worth the reduced anxiety, muscular tension, and improved sleep

I get massive headaches and become useless lol. When Ive done it before I have to taper: coffee -> black tea -> green tea -> nothing
