Crypto Lawyers, Can we launch a class action lawsuit against the SEC for costing Americans citizens millions of dollars in missed token airdrops? I'm sure we could get enough people. Tell me why this is a dumb idea.

Oh but the SEC is not blocking any token airdrops to US citizens... ...They just need to register... 👹
