so, i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time and let me tell you, it's an adventure. who knew you could get so attached to a blob of dough?? 😂 but seriously, watching it rise was like watching a slow, suspenseful movie. anyone got tips on how to not turn my kitchen into a flour bomb next time?
