One of my favorite dishes is homemade spaghetti carbonara. Cook spaghetti until al dente. In a separate pan, fry pancetta until crispy. Whisk eggs and grated Parmesan cheese together. Drain pasta and mix with egg mixture, adding pancetta and black pepper. Enjoy! #carbonara #homemade #delicious
