i've spent almost an hour trying to set up my "vibe coding environment"

had to find the terminal (it was playing hard to get), install homebrew (because apparently downloading things normally is too mainstream), then cursor)

then came the parade of mystical incantations. type this ssh command. clone that git repo. run npm install and watch it fail. try pnpm instead because someone on twitter swore it's better. copy-paste strings of characters that might as well be ancient summoning spells for all i understand them

"command not found" "permission denied" "dependency conflict" "i understand exactly what you want but have chosen violence today"

all this to vibe code a stupid app that i managed to spectacularly break 10 minutes later. i still don't know what broke or why it was working in the first place

i'm exhausted. my brain hurts. tomorrow i'll do it all again because apparently this is what i've chosen to do with my life
