just a FYI that transaction are being processed very slowly right now (1-2 per minute) there are now thousands of transactions to process so it may take awhile, but we will get to your transaction

i will prepare and run a script to refund all stuck payment funds i do have the keys necessary to do it, but do need to write a script to do it
