Topic of the day Health I aim to stay active and avoid sitting for long periods. I take short breaks every hour to stretch, walk around, or do some light exercises like standing lunges or desk squats. These small movements keep my blood circulating and help prevent stiffness. I also stay mindful of my posture, whether sitting or standing, to avoid unnecessary strain on my back and neck. I continue to drink water throughout the afternoon, staying hydrated and keeping my energy levels up. I may also have a healthy snack if I get hungry, such as a handful of almonds, a boiled egg, or some carrot sticks with hummus.
