Tirzepatide: The first-in-class weight loss drug -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is a GLP-1 agonist. In simple terms that means that it inhibits the release of glucagon from the pancreas so that blood sugar does not rise in the user. By keeping blood sugar levels in range (not to high, not to low) users of semaglutide can keep their insulin levels in check, curtail hunger, lower their Hb1ac scores and generally keep their diabetes in check. This has a host of benefits beyond just diabetes, though. By keeping insulin levels from going too high or too low, tirzepatide reduces hunger, curbs binge eating and other behaviors that can lead to excess weight gain. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/

Gonadorelin: Testosterone boosting peptide: ____________________________________________________________________________ Gonadorelin is a really interesting peptide that is typically meant to help boost fertility in men and women, but it can also lead to increases in testosterone! ___________________________________________________________________________ @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/ _____________________________________________________________________________

210kg axle bar deadlift. It's a much thicker bar than a standard weightlifting bar so you have to really emphasize your grip when using it. As a result it's significantly more difficult than a typical deadlift. Pretty happy with 210kg for one. This is after nearly 3-6 months of less-than-ideal training. It's easy to feel down about how much better my training has been in the past, but I'm still happy with this. Also, great to have friends cheering me on.

GHK-CU anti-inflammation peptide: ___________________________________________________________________________ GHK-CU is an interesting peptide, because it's what is known as a copper binding peptide. It actually has an impact on gene expression! as in, 31.2% Of human genes show a 50% or greater change in expression due to GHK-Cu. So, what does that mean, an easy example of this is that GHK-Cu seems to inhibit certain genes related to things like colon cancer while it increases the expression of genes related to skin health. to be more precise it increases the expression of 14 genes related to anti oxidants and increase the expression of genes surrounding viral infections, immune function, memory, inflammation and autoimmune issues. ___________________________________________________________________________ @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/

I haven't been able to do much strongman training this year, but It's nice to see my strength hasn't fallen off as much as I thought it did. 125kg stone to platform. I'm pretty happy with it.

The racetam family of nootropics are probably the most well-known group of nootropics out there. When I say family, I really do mean family. I’m only going to talk about a few racetams today but there are so many reacetams out there that they’re pretty much their own nootropic ecosystem and their effects are just as diverse. The only thing really uniting all of them seems to be the tag of “nootropic” because they’ve all come far from the days of piracetam in 1964. Check out my video for more information. There will definitely be some surprising things in this video. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/

Everyone knows ashwaghanda but not everyone knows Kava kava root. Kava kava is the root of the piper methysticum plant that many people use to help with anxiety and insomnia. It has nAtural sedative properties that have been known for thousands of years by various Polynesian groups. However, it never really gets much attention despite its powerful effects. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/

L-theanine comes naturally with caffeine in the form of plants like Camellia sinensis (green tea). That’s right, the reason why you get the buzz of caffeine from green tea without the agitation may be because of L-Theanine. There are many benefits to be had from L-theanine supplementation. Find out more in our video below. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/

Have any of you tried using theacrine? Theacrine is a natural compound in green tea that has stimulatory effects like caffeine. However, theacrine is not addictive like caffeine. You can take theacrine daily and your body doesn’t habituate to it in the same way that it does to caffeine. That means you can stop anytime and you’re not reliant on taking it every day or dealing with withdrawals. It is a naturally occurring compound in green tea! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ @supraoracles For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/

Weight-loss Peptides: ------------------------------------------------------------------- Tesofensine is a triple reuptake inhibitor, meaning it affects your body’s reabsorption of norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin. It allows these neurotransmitters to remain active in your body far longer than they normally would and, as a result, you can experience greater benefits from heightened dopamine, adrenaline and serotonin in your body. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ For more information about the sponsors of this post, check out: supra.com/blockworks/ @supraoracles

It affects genes related to the immune system (strengthens), cell differentiation (stem cells becoming other important cells) and inflammation (lowers). You’re probably like “cool, whatever” but let’s talk about what thi means in a practical sense. Working on my push press but I keep defaulting to a push jerk. Work in progress but I'm ok with 100kg. It's off from my previous of 115kg. Love training for competitions.
