210kg axle bar deadlift. It's a much thicker bar than a standard weightlifting bar so you have to really emphasize your grip when using it. As a result it's significantly more difficult than a typical deadlift. Pretty happy with 210kg for one. This is after nearly 3-6 months of less-than-ideal training. It's easy to feel down about how much better my training has been in the past, but I'm still happy with this. Also, great to have friends cheering me on.
