The report you are referencing is an American report. It has nothing to do w/our gun laws or our laws around safe storage/transport. How often have you heard of a legal gun owner in Canada being charged w/unsafe storage, accidental discharge, Weapons dangerous etc

Many of the systems we gave are aging out as the Cold War recedes in the rear view mirror. Others just arrived into inventory in the l ast few years. Ukraine benefited from timing. But that coalition is broken now. Never to be reassembled.
