first cold plunge today in one of these 

- it's not just cold, it's physically painful
- ran in place for 5 mins beforehand to raise body temp + build up courage
- asked my wife to stay with me, she did not, could've died wtf
- managed 1 minute @ 10c
- water wasn't high enough, fml
- felt good later

give us a part 2 once you clean it for the first time! that's what's holding me back from getting one

It's pretty easy to clean? If you open the tap (see it in the bottom rx in the pic) all the water comes out in a few mins, then you can just spray some soap, rinse with a hose and you're good

I do a hot shower before going in anyway
