i genuinely don't get the whole seed oil thing. like what is a bad seed oil? is avocado oil a seed oil? sesame seed oil? there can't be a blanket generalization that any of these oils are bad

Not all seed oils are the same. avocado oil and sesame oil, for example, have different properties and health impacts. It’s important to look at how each oil is processed and its nutrient profile rather than lumping them all together as ‘bad.’
