one of the things that makes good founders good is how convincing they are. but this is a double-edged sword because they’re often wrong. the most difficult-to-occupy quadrant of the 2x2 is convincing + correct

that’s so true, being convincing can sometimes mask flaws in reasoning, but when someone nails both convincing and correct, it’s game-changing
