we've seen it tank so many times now already that it's basically a given that we'll go back eventually I've joined the web3 space right after Luna rugged, I've seen the bottom of the previous bear market and I haven't left the space then, so there's absolutely no reason to panic now 2025 will be huge tho (I hope)

web3 is truly amazing and we're still so damn early to the party, yet some of its products already blow web2 stuff out of the water Warpcast is so much better than social apps such as Twitter already, and there's plenty more of great dApps out there thank you for your work btw! the general public needs to know much more about web3 than it does now

the bot farms either use custom clients that communicate with Warpcast via requests or interact with Warpcast client directly (seen a video of a 100+ account chinese botfarm that emulates taps, swipes and other things on actual smartphones)

need a chromium browser for all the crypto shit to work correctly, so I use Brave since it's one of the better chromium-based options would use firefox otherwise

Decided to setup a Farcaster node using thehubble.xyz's software Process was fairly easy - only had to run a couple commands, add ETH & OP endpoints from Infura and my Farcaster ID, sync with other nodes and voila, it just works If you have a spare server or you wish to contribute to Farcaster's decentralization, I suggest you do the same

these huge user counts are inflated by bots tho pretty heavily, but it's still insanely impressive what have Telegram's mini-apps have achieved in such a small timeframe (especially Hamster Kombat, which had like $5k marketing budget in the beginning) also these apps help onboard people to crypto, and the influx of newbie users is noticeable
