What are the best job search websites for engineers?

Ideally, generate a list of cos based on 1) example companies and/or spaces, 2) target co size, and 3) other vars. Curating a list of cos for a friend starting to look for his next role.

id recommend checking out levels.fyi, breakoutlist.com, ycombinator.com/jobs and pallet.com boards
