Yes, but it depends on what you mean by production ready. It is less battle-tested than Circom. Also, I never heard of an external audit, but I may be wrong here. On the other hand, Noir looks mature, with good docs and SDK.

Yep this is right, audit coming in 2024. 

AFAIK circom is unaudited as well but as you said, more battle-tested.
