This isn't something that can be easily prevented unless we require everyone who wants to tip to stake their 100k requirement (like degen).

Another option would be to make claims gradually distribute over time, which I'm considering.

Just like people who have an allo in s2 was selling their holdings before the snapshot that's why market's goes down before the claiminf.
