Taking time off ‘just to recover’ from burnout can become a viscous cycle of catchup. Lock in a dedicated time each day to work on your own things. Whether it’s reading, writing, creating or coding. Burnout happens when you constantly chase others’ dreams instead of leading your own, with purpose.
