Yes! Stephen Wilhite famously preferred "jif," which I find very interesting. I'm all for a person choosing their identity or naming art for that matter, but with an open tool I don't think it is as big a deal to disagree. My point is just based on the logic of source words that make up the acronym. No big deal, though
