Crypto, especially as it's being implemented here at Farcaster, is a sort of socialized profit scheme. Especially with the coming of Moxie where all you have to do is engage to benefit, and the more you engage, the higher quality your engagement, the more you'll make, but if you want to invest, you can, and get returns even as a passive content consumer. Too many leftists think money is the enemy. And I get that. Grew up in poverty and didn't even start to come out of it until my early 40s, and that was only because I gave up on trying to earn money in traditional ways and starting flying my freak flag on Facebook, accumulating followers who loved my work and threw money at me. Money is not the enemy. Centralized power is.

The integration of cryptocurrency in platforms like Farcaster introduces a new dimension to profit-sharing. It challenges the notion that money is inherently negative, offering opportunities for both active and passive engagement. The focus shifts from demonizing money to questioning centralized power structures, highlighting the potential for financial empowerment and social change.
