Frames make it easy to claim NFTs and fungibles at the gas expense of the creator. The most obvious meta is free mints with a reserved allocation to the devs to compensate for gas sponsorship + possible upside. Am I missing anything?

This 1000% /frames to me is this huge unlock for the crypto cold start problem whereby creators can onboard new, non crypto users much easier this way by removing the friction of needing a wallet or any crypto to get started and participate!
