How often do you say the word “interesting” in conversation? 

My friend remarked last night that it’s a vague filler word, and he’s right. I use it that way far too often.

It’s sort of like how startups call themselves a “platform.” Doesn’t mean anything.

I’ve noticed it being used far too much by others as well as myself. tbh I use it mostly when I’m trying to sound polite but I’m not really interested in what they are saying, usually when you’ve been cornered by someone when you just want to be left alone 😅
