On the other hand I'm skeptical I'll get useful answers here, and decent chance I get crickets 😂

Basically everyone's advice books down to

1. It's a slog.

2. Hope you cross the chasm and make it

Tbh doesn't really resonate 🤣

I thought about tweeting this but feel like I'd get answers like "why don't you talk to Bankful?" Or "hAvE yOu heArD oF lEx FriEdmAn"

Approximately 90% of listeners DM to tell me they think it's great, which says both good and bad things 😂

I'd be lying if I said I thought the slog was going to be even 10% this hard

What @rudy says. Have people with huge following relentlessly shill, then be much more consistent to release episodes, and stay on target for a year.

You need to get your guests to shout from the rooftop about how much they enjoyed being on your podcast and how all their followers should listen to it.
You might even have to draft up a post for them to copy/paste and send out.
