Just saw the first episode. Already a bit confused.

I hope this is not spoilers. 

Basically confused by the two different wake-up scenarios. Why it was only one person that initially woke up amongst other things in that happened between the two wake-up instances.

The two different wake up scenarios? Are you asking why the first time Mark woke up, he had a different team?

What we’re told (and I’m not 100% sure yet that we can believe everything) is that was five months after the previous finale (when the innies got out).

Mark is told that he’s the only one of the four that wanted to come back to work, so he has a new team.

He freaks out and demands to see the rest of them to confirm and eventually, somehow, it happens.
