My favourite statistic in this regard is on PhD dropouts. There’s a significant relation between being married and completing your PhD (not even counting relationships). This ties well to founders imo as as a PhD you are also likely to have limited time to engage in dating life. I witnessed first hand that it can have a significant positive impact on how you conduct research, and in what quality (subjective bias here though)
