Do you guys think things can be inevitable? Some things feel inevitable to me. Recently thinking about “hypertokenization” as a trend that over the long term, i do not see stopping or slowing down Assuming the premise, the next step is to reason through the implications and direct hypertokenization towards positive outcomes for humanity. BUT - should i even assume the premise?

I think that whenever we think about the future we tend to include anachronisms in our futuristic vision without even realizing there could be something different The greatest example of this I enjoy is Asimov's imagination of futuristic film, unable to forsee the idea of digital photography So no, nothing is inevitable, the world will change and some day the concept of hypertokenization may not even make sense
