A huge congratulations to students from Ngutu College for being the very first school to participate in our innovative Indigi Code Program! The program has come to life thanks to our partnership with the ABC (Aboriginal Biodiversity Conservation) Foundation Ltd, and allows Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander students to take part in a week long coding course at 42 Adelaide. The program aims to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander students build relevant skills to support them in future job opportunities. We were incredibly impressed by the excitement and participation from the students, who immersed themselves in their learning, and shared positive experiences from the program. Well done Ngutu College - the first group of many Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander students to experience Indigi Code! Feeling super inspired by the young people of Torrens Valley Christian School. 🙌 On behalf of Moo Moo Magazine we spoke all things creativity, entrepreneurship and mental health. This season of life can present itself with so many unanswered questions...what do I want to do after school? how do I want to show up in the world? what do I want to be known for? It's the first time in our lives where no one is making the decision for us. It's our first taste of freedom! But where there is freedom, there should be room for failure. Failure without fear allows us to try new things (suck at them) and dust ourselves off to give it another go. Never underestimate the power of curiosity—learning a new skill might be the very thing that forges your path for the future (it did for me). To the students of Torrens Valley Christian School-keep asking the big questions, keep creating bravely, and never underestimate the impact your voice can have. The future is brighter because of you. 💌
