2/ Ethereum's activation and exit queues play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of Ethereum PoS consensus. The churn limit sets limits on $ETH staking and withdrawals within each epoch, safeguarding the network's integrity.

3/ The churn limit is dynamically calculated based on the network's current number of active validators. Understanding its calculation provides insight into how under-the-hood lines of code ensure the network’s stability.

4/ Following the Shapella upgrade, there was a high demand for staking that led to rapid validator growth on Ethereum, adding strain to network operations and security.

EIP-7514 has addressed these challenges by regulating the share of total ETH supply staked until a comprehensive solution is in place.

5/ Limiting the activation churn limit to 8 (the number of validators who can enter the chain and start staking) significantly delays the time to reach critical milestones of the total ETH supply staked.

6/ The activation limit per epoch stays unchangeable at 8 validators/epoch, while the exit limit continues to correlate with the number of active validators on Ethereum.
