We had some good conversations on /gmfarcaster this morning, related to both the new Farcaster earnings and the bracky airdrop.

Some thoughts:
- "How much money have you made on Farcaster" is incredible marketing
- Very cool to have access to the data, be able to analyze it, see it, etc
- But I don't like it as part of the UX of using a social app
- It forces people to compare themselves to others against someone else's arbitrary metric of worth (see: status as a service)
- It's reductive.  We joke about the friends we meet along the way, but in our show this morning we talked about how the success of the bracky airdrop was built on value tldr captured building on farcaster for the past few years
- "my gripe is reducing everything to pecuniary value which in the long run is only gonna destroy society" was a comment we got in the live chat and I totally agree

"Reducing everything to pecuniary value will kill Farcaster" would be a good panel for FarCon

I’d love a normie guide to:
- building frames
- leveraging protocol data for marketers
- highlighting projects that help do any of the above

TLDR how can we make sure that everyone who joins has the tools to build and leverage the benefits of a sufficiently decentralized social network

Anything that resembles a traditional panel should not be included. Prepared presentations are much better. An organized debate team
Style thing could be cool:
Maybe around overall ecosystem user growth: what are the roadblocks, how do we get to where we want to be

Is it a bull market? Dan vs everyone

Was Trump good for crypto? Marc Andreessen vs androidsixteen

at ETHCC 2023 we were interviewing people asking them why they were still in crypto. Two years later if feels still pretty relevant and I think could be a good panel that wasn't some kind of technical though leadership which at this point doesn't feel super interesting.
