Sometimes I anthropomorphize random objects and feel bad when I throw them away. 

The lighter when it runs out of fluid. The pair of boots that served me well. The holey socks that I’ve worn for years. It feels like I’m betraying them after all they’ve done for me.

Same man, can't throw them away, even have my nintendo lite with me and psp cuz I never know when I'm going to play mario 64 on nintendo again and not having the possibility to do so would kill my soul, even if the screen is red flashing and it has a nintendog's chihuahua on the top lmao

Same. I actually still have a few of my childhood stuffed animals and toys for that very reason.
