attention is scarce in web3. it’s crucial what the projects do post-campaign. campaigns that flop have poor (or lagging) engagement steps for their new pool of users to interact with. attention is hard to get and hard to retain. e.g. hosting a quest/airdrop with no follow up interaction/quest for over a week.
