General thoughts (based on my experience in community building, human connection, & events) that may be applicable here too:

Even though often the main takeaway is ✨vibes✨from unconference time and hangouts, to get people show up in the first place they need an agenda formatted into a value prop they are used to.

I would believe that FarCon attendees would also enjoy some facilitation while having options for them to choose their own experience. Facilitated discussions or small breakout areas are great at doing this.
