this is my first foray into learning more about psychedelics and even how alternate states can be just as “real” as our physical state

i did meditation for about 6 months last yr and of course have faded from it while wanting to get back to it, i found deep sense of purpose in some of these and even felt out of body once

as far as mindfulness, i don’t really know tbh? i go for walks and just think at times, let my mind wander

I think the world is in the process of waking up, while factions of the world are falling more deeply asleep
