Well, I asked chatgpt for the process and it was LONG and complicated, but usually built up over a metal or wire cow skeleton. Also, after asking why someone would do this,  learned that it's common at agricultural fairs in the US for competitions, etc. Is that where you saw this? Chatgpt said that it can take several days to a few weeks to build it. Depends on the experience and if the artist has a team working on it. Crazy.
