If you just want to archive the video, decentralized storage solutions like web3.storage (IPFS based), Bundlr (Arweave based) and Storj come to mind.

If you also want the videos to be streamable, you should check out Livepeer! It transcodes and caches the video from decentralized storage, and has an embeddable player.
