tonight i am making fresh beet pasta, probably farfalle do i go super simple and toss them in a garlic olive oil with some fresh herbs or do i do more and make a creamy feta beet sauce with pine nuts, lemon and roasted garlic? maybe a touch of dill

you purée beets with the eggs and mix that into the pasta flour :)
