thought this community would appreciate a weekly ritual i've started now that i'm winding down from biweekly therapy :) every sun/mon i sit down for a weekly reflection and ask myself the same 5 questions. i call it a self interview since it's more fun that way โจ https://paragraph.xyz/@ericagregor/week-452

posting publicly does prevent me from writing about certain things, but i still sit with them while answering these questions so i am still able to think about and process those subjects with this technique, while the posting publicly helps with accountability!

This is great @erica ty for sharing! Also want to highlight the huge imp of morning routines. Our ๐ง is still in theta/delta waves post waking for ~ 30-40 mins or so. Itโs imp to use that time in a self caring way. I do a quick meditation for ~ 10mins where I set intentions for the day, then โ๏ธ & journal
