thought this community would appreciate a weekly ritual i've started now that i'm winding down from biweekly therapy :) every sun/mon i sit down for a weekly reflection and ask myself the same 5 questions. i call it a self interview since it's more fun that way ✨ https://paragraph.xyz/@ericagregor/week-452

posting publicly does prevent me from writing about certain things, but i still sit with them while answering these questions so i am still able to think about and process those subjects with this technique, while the posting publicly helps with accountability!
