in general i have been a big proponent of divorcing diagnosis from data if you think of it like a system there is no need to convolute responsibility over diagnosing and prescribing with getting data if i want to get an MRI i should be able to find a market price for it and get it done regardless of what some 80 year old person thinks (legit one time i asked them about my back and he said just take aleve every day) AI is just a piece that helps push down cost and increase accessibility of data gathering. imagine being able to just sign up for a MRI, get it done, throw the results into an fmri processing AI engine and get a summary out then you can take that and chat with other medical focused AI or even just hire some indian doctor off the internet to take a look at it. still need to find a doctor willing to make a diagnosis and sign off but you're so well armed now, and you can probably use zocdoc and other stuff to find a doctor that will best suit your needs (also using AI)

Great points. And if health care is a right… why shouldn’t we have the right to explore the treatments of ourselves we want. I’d like to live in the place that allowed this, that’s for sure. Also keeps human doctor practices honest.
