The single biggest driver of my quality of life is whether or not I get an hour or two of outdoor sunlight time. Itβs upstream of everything, even sleep quality. And definitely well upstream of diet and exercise.

i've noticed 4 hours of sleep doesn't impact me as poorly if it's a sunny day, whereas it would be an immediate -20 motivation on a dreary day
