What brought me to Warpcast in the first place was when @statuette replied to @phil (who said he wished he could buy books with $DEGEN) and suggested that maybe I could do something about that. Well, it took me a 🔥 minute, but here you go - you can now get 50% off a hot pre-release book if you buy it with $DEGEN... For 3800 🎩 you'll get an pre-release hardcover mailed out to you (yes, you can remain anon!) and you'll be qualified for future airdrops and rewards for being early. Who's going to be the first to buy a copy with 🎩 ??https://highlight.xyz/mint/base:0x76CC0332e6e6aA42Df08129898A84D58Cf57AD05:1

Love this article from Cate Hall on how to be more agentic 1. Court rejection - ask for things that feel unreasonable. If you're only asking for things you can get, you're not aiming high enough 2. Seek real feedback - give people a way to provide it anonymously 3. Increase your surface area for luck - "the more confident I am that a conversation is relevant, the less likely I am to discover something exciting during it. Nearly all of my most fruitful collaborations over the last 3 years have come out of meetings I booked almost at random" 4. Assume everything is learnable - figure out the best way to do it 5. Learn to love the moat of low status: "making changes in your life, especially when learning new skill sets, requires you to cross a moat of low status, a period of time where you are actually bad at the thing or fail to know things that are obvious to other people" 6. Don’t work too hard - burnout is the ultimate agency-killer https://usefulfictions.substack.com/p/how-to-be-more-agentic

How much do airdrop farmers make? The weirdest thing about crypto is nobody (tmk) has earnestly studied this economy.

For decades people thought running a 4 minute mile was impossible — until Roger Bannister crushed it. Then many others did. Similar thing when SpaceX proved private cos could reach orbit. What's the equivalent of breaking the four minute mile for crypto?

So impressed with highlight’s onchain gen art suite I spoke with a smart contract dev for custom work to support some ideas I’m working — learned /highlight supports much of it out of the box https://github.com/highlightxyz/generative-art

A good way to assess someone's product intuition is to evaluate their generative vs. evaluative thinking. Generative thinkers see possibilities everywhere—the ppl who instantly envision 10 new features from the latest iOS dev kit. Evaluative thinkers excel at sharpening ideas, spotting flaws, and improving them. The best product minds balance both, but most people lean toward one. Cultivating both mindsets is key to better product thinking.

For all the current doubt, Ethereum is digital culture’s Fifth Avenue. Josh Kushner’s investing playbook: “Own property on Fifth Ave.” There will be other great streets, but none with the same prestige, liquidity, and staying power.
