It’s critical that respect is given to anyone who struggles with a symptom, an illness, a mystery condition or any kind of health struggle. The world of chronic illness is much different than the world of the not-so-sick. Being beaten down by months and even years of not feeling well has a great influence on how someone feels emotionally and mentally. Mostly women suffer from the day-to-day of mystery symptoms and now even men are living with mystery chronic illness. The key to surviving unrelenting symptoms and conditions is knowing deep down inside that you can and are going to heal and that there is a pathway forward to recover. Everyone has the GOD GIVEN right to heal. This right is ours, yours, and every human being’s that lives on Earth. Knowing this and understanding that you can and will heal can move you forward to succeeding in your healing process.

Dandelions help you cleanse out radiation, toxic heavy metals, DDT, and other poisons. What makes the dandelion unique is that every part of the plant can be used: root, leaves, flower, and even stem. The flowers cleanse the hollow organs such as the stomach and intestinal tract, gallbladder, bladder, lungs, uterus, and heart. Phytochemicals in dandelion leaves purify blood and also help bring it to hard-to-reach places, so the leaves are a must for circulatory issues such as poor circulation. The leaves’ bitterness is also geared to squeeze toxins out of the lymphatic system, making them ideal for helping with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, swollen lymph nodes, and edema. The stems cleanse the dense organs such as the spleen, liver, and brain—for example, by pushing out bile that’s no longer useful. The dandelion root detoxifies even deeper into those dense organs. This is the bitterest part of the plant, and it forces the organs to purge on the deepest level for an intensified purification.

People should never be blamed for a struggle to cope. What’s really happening is a sensitive central nervous system and neurotransmitters that are weakened. The person is not weak. You could be the strongest person with the strongest will, spirit, personality, and nature—and when neurotransmitters are affected in some way, it makes it tough to deal with some of life’s challenges. Neurotransmitter disorders are common for anybody dealing with ME/CFS or any kind of autoimmune condition. Toxic heavy metal loads and viral loads combined create a lot of neurotoxins, which weaken neurotransmitters. When this is coupled with adrenal issues and other symptoms, it can be difficult to cope with any additional stressor that comes your way.
