Devil's Advocate 🙋 They only reference 1 study at pro-charter and the other study reference was just about funding. Also Reason is a known libertarian publication so they'll want to skew things to discredit public education.

good question i don’t know much about the distribution of special ed kids and whether they are included in these studies. i’m sure it depends on the sample chosen in each research paper. so i can’t say ive analyzed them all with that in mind.
