I want to talk to you Thinking about 2013, broke in my college room inspired when reading about the Bitcoin whitepaper Few things on my mind today — offline payments: when internet and mobile goes down, how can we still transact? — offline messaging: so far from what I know, there’s walkie talkies and apps that use Bluetooth for offline p2p messaging. But with bt you can only reach 100 mt, 300 ft. Is there a network that could be created by connecting multiple bluetooth apps together to reach further, does this exist? (Like how Apple AirTags work)

Actually genuinely wondering if there are truly no apps OR is it that apps tend to be built by lean teams, who don’t get funding (bc it goes to infra), so we don’t see them peacocking or having a marketing budget to show up at industry events Idk the truth but my hunch is there’s way more infra than we need, more apps than we think, and it’s a visibility issue

Yes this is general current state We need to get to a point where Users want faster, cheaper, better xyz and the products onchain allow for that Or else you just have users using and switching between apps like they’re slot machines (I.e. Blast farming rn) E.g. I don’t do duolingo to earn points on my streak. I do it to learn Spanish Until onchain apps/product gets there, also need to reward based on quality of engagement and contribution to the chain
