Unique aspects building + handling user support for a social media based product is you get so much great real time user feedback to iterate faster. Flip side is you're spending a significant amount of time on social media, which is prob not the healthiest. Will find a better balance for myself (esp late at night)

Same here, tho on a smaller scale how do we find that balance between being up to datee and staying sane? Have you tried anything so far
