I doubt it. I think it's mainly the arrogance. Just like the Dutch: always thinking you are the best, never really winning anything. One tournament now wouldn't make a difference. Maybe if you play attractive, win by scoring many goals and letting the talent shine. I also think it's the mentality of claiming to be the home of football and that weird situation where basically provinces are allowed to compete as countries. It's all just so - and don't get me wrong, I generally love the Brits and I am aware the Dutch can have a similar attitude which also bothers me - self-agrandising. And that is an unlikeable trait. A Scottish friend told me once, when I asked him who he thought should win: ABE - Anyone But England. I guess that sentiment, when it comes to football, is shared among many. Although it is changing.

not correctly asked question, no body hates it, but expectation completely different, team with huge attack and create potential for all tournament create few moments, most of the time plays even against lower ability team like Slovenia and Serbia the second number, scored only on individual skills of players in the end of the game like Saka, Bellingham or Watkins......

I don't hate them, just don't like how they play. Maybe cuz they have so many stars players that people expect them to play differently, but they fail to deliver.
