What’s the best way to give ai agents access to many tools?

Eg if the agent should be to:
Add file to drive 
Or add task to Todoist 
Or update a Notion doc 

I just want to pass in tools. Closest I’ve seen is unified apis. But they’re all quite expensive and none are really open source
